  • What's for lunch?

    I had a half a red bell pepper stuffed with home made chicken salad.

    The chicken salad had of chicken (of course), mayo, a teeny tiny bit of red onion, salt, pepper and chopped black olives. It was so good.

      LOL! Green salad with olive oil and lemon juice dressing and 3 oz of canned salmon that is ginger flavored.Yummy!

            Leftovers- spaghetti squash w/ ground beef cooked with mushrooms and a few slices of tomato. YUMMMM

                  I had a "fake" pizza--a LC rosemary and olive oil tortilla with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni, and some orange bell pepper slices.
