Hi all! I am asking because I love to eat keuftah or kibbe depending where you are from. I am wondering how many carbs you think would be in one. I know there is bulgur in the outside part, and a bit of pine nuts on the inside(not much), but I am really not sure how many carbs I should be "charging" myself! Any insight would be appreciated!

Re: Any Armenians or Middle Easterners here?
I'm not Middle Eastern, but I love Middle Eastern food too. Here's a recipe with the nutrition facts http://www.recipezaar.com/62891 or just do a search on kibbeh at recipezaar to compare different recipes.

Yes, unlike most of the recipe sites, that one gives complete nutrition facts. It's very, very helpful!
