I think i have saw a post similar to this one.Has anyone else craved fat?when i get hungary i just crave fat.like butter or a fatty steak,or fried greenbeans.anyone else do this or am i just crazy?

I just mix some up myself. A little minced garlic and whatever sounds good from the spice jars at the moment. I have a bottle of some sort of steak seasoning... seasoned salt with a red pepper kick to it. That's really good mixed in with it too!

Yes prime rib and all the crusty, crispy fat pieces. I love the end piece for that reason. Fat is a wonderful thing!
Oh and a nice rib eye with melted blue cheese on it aint bad either.

Even when I want something sweet, I crave the fat.... generally do a slice of cream cheese with sweetener sprinkled on top (splenda has flavored packets that are yummy! mocha, vanilla and hazelnut)

I just fixed up some burgers and I'm eating them w/ mayo and mustard. I put about 1/2 cup of mayo on my plate and I swear, I'm looking at it compared to the meat and I'm thinking I didn't put enough mayo on my plate. I add mayo to my scrambled eggs, along w/ cheese. I put heavy cream in my sauces and my coffee. I cook in bacon grease, butter, and/or olive oil. I put bacon grease or butter in the pan to 'get the bacon started'. I add olive oil to my burgers and coat chicken pieces in it before sauteeing in more fat. I love extra dressing, olives, avocados, real bacon in my salads. I put tons of mayo in my deviled egg mix. I LOVE ATKINS!

Fresh Chicharrones from a spanish restaurant.
This is the pork SKIN and fat, deep fried in chunks. It's like bacon, but crunchier and no salt....pure fatty HEAVEN.
