I have been doing atkins for nearly 2 weeks and ive lost about 4-5 pounds (on the scales). i weighed 140 when i started and im about 5'3.
however my clothes dont feels any different, they actually feel tighter than before.
im not sure whether to carry on with it. ive followed all the rules and not cheated once. but now im getting headaches and feel tired alot.
is any one else in the same boat?

, and the fact that my body seems to really like my current weight. The big difference in my life however is that I am not worried about gaining weight. I am used to this WOE and I love it and I have no problem finding the right foods to eat and resisting the ones that are bad for me. This in itself is an amazing improvement. I am confident that the rest of my weight will gradually come off in its own sweet time. I can assure you that if I had gone on weight watchers or some other calorie restricting program back in December I would have lost most if not all the weight I wanted, gained it all back and then some, and be starting here again at some point. Patience is probably the most overlooked yet most important part of any weight loss. Hang in there!
