Hey guys, I made soup for the kids yesterday. I make it with a nice chunk of meat (to add taste) and usually, no-one eats it. I want to eat it, but my soup has vegetables (carrots, celeri, turnip and onions) and also noodles. If I have some of the broth as well as the meat, do you think there will be major carbs in the broth? or do they stay in the noodles and vegies? I really don't know
