  • Soya Flour ok for induction?

    Hi There

I've just started induction today, I'm just going through the book and I see a ginger flan recipe in the dessert section, but I'm not sure if I'm allowed Soya Flour during induction. If not, has anyone any sweet recipes that are ok for induction as I've a very sweet tooth so I know I'm going to miss them!!!

I dont' know. I do know that there is a link here to an induction friendly Pumpkin Cheesecake courtesy of Scooterjam

And there are a ton of cool things at this site .... (The * character indicates induction friendly, I think)

And this board has a forum section of all kinds of food and recipe stuff.

    Good Luck and Welcome Aboard.

Soy flour is not legal until the Legumes rung, Rung 6, of OWL.

Check out linda's site for great recipes. Just make sure that they're induction-friendly.

That's fine, I kindof knew it wasn't allowed but I wanted to check first. I've just looked through the links and there are a couple of nice desserts on there that I'll try!! I've got a sweet craving already and it's only day 1!!!! I'll be fine for today, I'll go out and get some more items tomorrow and I'll be sorted!! Thanks for the links!

Sorry about that, I don't know why my "Control V" or "paste" put the url at the bottom of my post.

Oh well .... it was supposed to read
