    Hey Guys, I am off induction and on the go a lot. I found this on the internet, but don't want to buy until I have your feedback!

    What do you think they mean by other carbs, and can there really be so much of them that there is just 2 impact carbs?

    oooh i dunno chica, as far as im concerned them bars stall ya - could be different to you but its a risk

    could you not just plan more and ensure you have stuff with you for when youre on the go?

                I thought all along you were talking about hotdogs.

                  Frankfoods = the word basically comes from Frankenstein. TO mean something that isnt real.

                    It's anything that claims to be low carb but is really full of sugar alcohols and fillers and who knows what - mostly used here to refer to the low carb shakes, protein bars, etc, used for meal replacements.

                      I really thought it was hot dogs, sausage, ect....
                      there should be a dictionary of commonly used words here...
                      took me forever to figure out "WOE"...and btw, that does not make it sound like a positive life event.

                        Since you said that you thought they were talking about hotdogs is there something wrong with hotdogs. Do you guys eat them? I only eat the Nathans hot dogs. They have 1 carb per dog. LOVE EM!!!

                          A lot of hot dogs have added sugars and other fillers in them.

                            If you're going to eat something like that anyway, which I don't think anybody should do for the reasons given above, I would look into the EAS, I think they're CarbSense ready-made shakes. They have 2g carbs, with no "other carbs" if I remember correctly. They're sold in packs of 4, are silver...

                            Either way, I don't think stalling is worth it. I (obviously) did at one point. You don't have that much further to go, and it's just going to prolong that. There are recipes for bars to eat on the go on Linda's site that are friendlier you should probably try out.
