  • over 100 lbs of water!

This little "review" just made me mad.

    http://www.chasefreedom.com/theatkinsdiet.html
It has no backing and quotes no studies. I guess its just someones opinion but when choosing a diet if they ran across this it would most likely discourage them.
According to the reveiw I have spent over a year to only lose 115lbs worth of water weight!! How disapointing! LOL!

If you are not following the diet to the utmost, don't blame the diet when you gain it back. I don't think most people understand that.

I hate it when people write articles like these! Notice the complete lack of references to support their claims. Laaaaame!

I just find it funny when people aren't doing it correctly or properly, yet still label it as Atkins. It isn't.

What really makes me mad is that articles like this make you almost afraid to tell people you are on Atkins because they look at you like you have no clue...Joke's on them ! LOL !

Could it be that this is an older site though, well, it makes me think that because by now it has been more and more in the news indeed how they start to realise low cal is not necesarily the better choice.....
Also because they still mention about the increase of low carb products in 2004, because we all know that a lot of those products have dissapeared again.
I am with aschli though how it is dangerous when people that don't know much about the diet will bump into pages like this and will turn away from it.
