Hey all...just wanna brag because I had veal cutlets (non breaded) and spinach for supper. I made the breaded ones for my bf and garlic herb pasta...Didnt touch any of the pasta (although I could mentally taste it). I am finding that with all the "bad" foods around me, I have no overwhelming need to eat them. I can remember how much I enjoyed them before, but it is totally just a memory, not a craving anymore. I am stunned and very happy...amazed really! LOL ! I never thought this would happen to me. And I can tell you all, without the boards, it would have been easy to cave in the first couple of weeks...thank you from the bottom of my heart...
