Three meals and usually one snack at around 3pm, that is when my hunger kicks in and dinner is still too far off. I *could* eat again before bed, but I try not to, I drink 20 oz of water and try to stop eating at dinnertime.

I eat my three meals. I am usually hungrier later in the day, so I try to save some food for after dinner but not too close to bedtime. I also snack (usually in the car on the way home from work) so that I can make the kids' supper without digging into the forbidden stuff!

Mike - be careful not to go more than 6 waking hours without eating 'something'. If not hungry then a small fat/protein/carb snack is fine

I eat when I am hungry. You should never be 'starving'...and if you feel like you are, you should eat a high fat snack, like some pepperoni and cheese.
With that said, I eat my 3 main meals, and usually 2 snacks during the day. Sometimes just my main meals when I'm just not hungry at all..but I find that a snack in the evening really does seem to help with my weight loss.
