I have been eating alot of bacon lately. The package says there are 70 calories per two strips. I have not been draining the fat. The ANDR book says I do not have to. But should I? Should I count more calories due to the grease? I have not been losing, and this is the only reason I can think why. Or perhaps my metabolism is just slow.

How much weight did you lose in your first 14 days on induction? This used with the info in the chart in DANDR should tell you whether you have high or low resistance to loosing weight.
If you have really been eating 'a lot' of bacon you might be consuming more salt than you need which might make you retain water too.
Maybe you can list your daily food intake including amounts in the 'Review my menu' forum so people can advise you of anything they find potentially problematic.
BTW if you can also add some info to your signature (click on the 'User CP' link and choose 'edit signature' to see where to add this) like gender, height, start/current/goal weight as well as which stage of Atkins you have reached then it gives people more of an idea of your situation and what to advise.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
