I have been using Fitday for the past 3 days. It's addicting once you get the most of your custom foods entered... makes it less of a pain.
My observation is this: I have to really work hard to get in all of my "net" vegetable carbs. (carbs - fiber = net carbs) I was just wondering if all of the Fitday users remember that the percentages for carbs, fat, and protein they show in the little pie graph are not really accurate there because Fitday doesn't subtract the fiber from the carbs for you.
I'm not hung up on the percentages near as much as I am my net carb count, so it's no big deal to me. Are you taking this into account?
