    I'm running late for work, so I'll make it quick...

    I have been using Fitday for the past 3 days. It's addicting once you get the most of your custom foods entered... makes it less of a pain.

    My observation is this: I have to really work hard to get in all of my "net" vegetable carbs. (carbs - fiber = net carbs) I was just wondering if all of the Fitday users remember that the percentages for carbs, fat, and protein they show in the little pie graph are not really accurate there because Fitday doesn't subtract the fiber from the carbs for you.

    I'm not hung up on the percentages near as much as I am my net carb count, so it's no big deal to me. Are you taking this into account?

    It shows the list of all totals of everything to the left of the pie graph. Fiber is right underneath the carbs, so it's really easy to get the net carbs.

      If you put fibre into your daily goals, any max and minimum number, fitday will take the fibre into account. It will not do it by default unless you have this filled out in your goals (goals is in the menu on the left hand side of the screen). I'm quite sure it then adjusts it as part of your %'s as well.

        Thanks, Sadie (Jen)! I will try that... I haven't used any of the features besides just adding my foods for the day.

        Yeah, Dream... I already knew how to find my net carbs. I was just wondering if everyone out there realized that unless you do what sadie has suggested, the percentages are off.
