Franks Red Hot Sauce

Any thoughts as to whether this hot sauce is ok during induction? Its got 0 carbs and is essentially a pepper dirivative and peppers are ok. What do you think?

Mix it with melted butter and you've got the original buffalo wings sauce. I brush it on chicken sometimes or just use it for a dipping sauce.

I'm FROM Buffalo! So I was nearly sick thinking I couldn't have it
I'm gonna make JUMBO wings with drumsticks and Marie's Bleu cheese - I can hardly wait!!!

**** yah it's legal. I use it with the SouthBeach brand ranch and it's the bomb. Won't effect you at all.

Absolutely, Frank's is one of my favorites as well. My buffalo sauce is Franks, butter, splenda, apple cider vinegar, and a dash of Cholula hot sauce. I put it on everything -- especially Buffalo Chicken Salad.
