  • Check It Out!!

    thanks to JOY i now have a picture posted on my journal of the dress i FINALLY found for the wedding. keep in mind that it is a beach wedding, not "sand beach" but "cliff overlooking the ocean beach"...so i can still wear some strappy sandals...i love it...simple but beautiful....and thanks to joy (again) and all those who responded to my "slim in 6" questions. i am starting as soon as it arrives in the mail and i am PUMPED!

    what does this have to do with the atkins main forum??? ummmm, maybe just that i have a NEW GOAL and an ADDED PLAN of EXERCISE and i am reorganizing my LIFE once again to make this plan work....FOCUS, FOCUS, FOCUS......it is good to have goals

    so...head on over to my goofy journal and tell me what you think!

    There you go!

    It's about setting goals that are attainable. The goals you've set are all attainable. To exercise X number of days per week. To eat x number of carbs. Etc.

    It's also about picturing what you want and GOING FOR IT. The desire is there and the mechanism is there (the exercise) now it's just a matter of making it happen.

      LOVE the dress! You can do this!! I still need to go to Target to find those DVD's....wonder if Best Buy would have them if Target doesn't? I'm scared lol.
