  • VITAMINS & MEMORY LOSS?

Ok - Odd question. (Would you expect anything different from me?)

For the past month or so, I have been having a really rough time remembering things. Im sure we all have done that famous one - you go to the grocery store to get one thing and leave with everything except that item - but this has been CONSTANT! I would have deep discussions about very important things and 2 seconds later I couldnt for the life of me remember what it was.

So when I went to the doc because I have a head-cold he said that it might be from vitamin deficientcy? (i cant spell ) and I played stupid because this doc also told me not to follow this woe.

I take a centrum silver vitamin everyday but thats it. Has anyone heard of this, or can anyone suggest some other vitamins that may help?

    Thanks!

Taking a good vitamin B complex should help! Some folks found that Ginkgo biloba helps as well. If you go to the Vitanutrient forum, there are three threads about Vitamin B and what it does in our bodies.

I would also suggest going to the library or to your local bookstore and picking up a copy of Dr. Atkins' Vita-Nutrient Solution. On page 336, he suggests what to take and how much for improving brain function.
