found a recipe, and tried it this a.m., and they were pretty good.
l egg, alittle splenda (I used two drops of liquid splenda), mix.
Spray cooking spray in small skillet, add egg mixture. Don't stir egg once in pan, cook, then flip.
I did two different kinds, both I spread about 1/2 teaspoon of cream cheese on them, with the crepes hot, it melts really easy. One I put blueberry jam (made with splenda 0 carbs), the other I sprinkled cinimmon/splenda on and rolled.
I'm no longer in my two weeks of induction, but I still keep my carbs between 20-25 a day since I still would like to loose another 15-20 pounds (have already lost 30 over the last couple of years.
I also like them with a tsp of whipped cream (unsweetened) added to the scrambled egg instead of the splenda. Stuff with a mixture of crabmeat, baby shrimp, parmesan cheese and cream cheese (I'll also add crushed red peppers 'cuz I like it spicy). MMMM!

Lora, as Sadie147 said, jam would not be 'legal' till you reach the berries rung of the main weightloss phase of Atkins (Ongoing Weight Loss/OWL).
According to the list in DANDR when you start to add non-induction foods you will do better if you add them in the order given, rather than just adding your own choice of different foods.
As you have another 15-20 pounds to go it is possibly a good time to start climbng teh OWL carbohydrate ladder to allow you to move to the third phase (premaintenance) when you still have 5-10 pounds left to lose.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies? Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
