Does anyone have an extremely low ccl?? I can not get the ketostix to turn purple over 20g of carbs, any thing under 20 and they are light purple.

I want to move on but am concerned that i just have a very low ccl.

changing colors is still changing colors. Ketosis is like being pregnant--either you are, or you are not.

I don't think the colour of the stix is any indication of what your CCLL is (correct me if I'm wrong anyone).
The best guestimate would come from your induction results.
      Before and after:

      PLEDGING FLIGHTS
Completed: 1st set of buildings and mountains (Everest,M.Blanc & Kilimanjaro, twice); Tower Masts & Chimneys; More virtual buildings; Challenger's Choice x 2 (volcanos and mountains on Mars). Currently climbing: Mount Snowdon again: 416/475

Sally is right - your CCLL will have some relation to how much weight you lost in your first 14 days on induction.

Do you know your metabolic resistance to losing weight? If not check the chart in DANDr to find out.

        Carbohydrate Gram Levels and
        Metabolic Resistance for Losing

        Metabolic . . . . . Approximate
        Resistance . . . . . CCLL Range
        ========= . . . . ===========
        High . . . . . .<15 grams of carbs per day
        Average . . . . . 15-40 grams of carbs per day
        Low . . . . . 40-60 grams of carbs per day
        Regular . . . . 60-90 grams of carbs per day
        exerciser*
*In this context, a regular exerciser is someone who does vigorous exercise five days a week for at least forty five minutes.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
