I had a friend with the same problem. He ate a lot of protein and weight lifted. It worked pretty well for him though he still looked skinny (he just plain had a small frame)it was more of a buff skinny if that makes any sense.Grant

Calorie dense foods:
Bananas
Dry fruit
Nuts
Avocado
Fats
Starchy vegatables (potatoes, yams, etc)
Whole dairy products
Peanut butter
Almond butter
