Cucumber pickles are made from cucumbers, which are a vegetable found on the Induction Acceptable Foods list. So, yes, they are okay to eat. Just count them towards your daily vegetable intake and be sure to count the carbs.

Although, you IF you have an inkling to try butter/sweet pickles, Walmart has a brand that makes them with Splenda. Nally, I think the name is? I've purchased the sweet relish and butter pickles to add to dishes that my family loves...they don't even know the difference! One word of caution...they're really addictive, so portion and control is needed.
Yes, they are permitted. When doing Induction, I just allowed the amount one might find on a bunless burger, and added just a bit more the infrequent times I threw together tuna salad. Since I watch my sodium intake like a hawk, I still don't go too nuts with them - but your mileage may vary.
