    Okay I have found out to join the womens forum that I need to have something in my signature saying that I am female, and that I also need to PM the moderator to ask to join -

    problem is that I can't find the board to find out who the moderator is - I am probably just being totally dense here. Could someone please help.



    44 yr old Female 5'9" Tall, Determined!
    Start weight: 196lbs
    CW 181 lbs.
    Goal weight :160lbs by Summer Holiday (April/june 08 .LOL)

    I have been on this board for a few months and I have yet to see a womens forum. I must be missing it. Can anyone enlighten me? Thanks!

      Laurenfra is the person to contact, you can't see the forum because it will only become visible for you if you are 'alowed in'
      So it's not you being dense, it's just not there for you yet !

        Just go to your user CP and request to join the woman's forum...... it is under group memberships (I think??). Make sure you have an "f" or female in your signature!

          Well, I don't see the "request to join the women's forum" either I was hoping to find it on the user CP. Maybe I'm not looking in the right place....

          Any enlightenment on this, please?

                User CP is a title on the top of the page next to "forums" (on the left hand side of your screen at the top of the page)

                        BTW I think 'CP' = 'Control Panel'
                        Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

                          ok, everyone that asked (except two) were just allowed access. If you requested and did not get access...........check your signature and make sure you have an "f" or female in there!
