  • Tough Sodium Question??

I was going over my reports on Fitday and was looking at my sodium intake. I noticed that about a week ago, I had entered 6.5 oz. of Salmon (baked or broiled)and the sodium content was almost 1000! I looked up the sodium content ofSalmon at a few sites and they list it at 63 for 3 ozs?
Can anyone help as to why Fitday would list Salmon so high in Sodium?
The Salmon was baked, not fried.

did you cook the salmon yourself? If you did, then enter the salmon as "raw" in fitday. When you enter things "cooked" in fitday, you get an average for the cooked value using a standard recipe.
