  • Walking in a WINNER ONE-DERLAND!

The world's longest stall is OVER...at least for the moment!!!

I arrived in ONE-DERLAND today (199) and it is so lovely here!!! Haven't been here in years, and so I am wallowing in it this morning!!!

So, in addition to feeling great and inches lost and food sanity restored, I am celebrating that change on the scale!! woot woot woot!!! This w.o.e. works, even for this slowest loser/winner on the planet!!

THANK YOU all so much for celebrating with me! What kind and good folks you are!!

With weight loss as slow as mine, there can be some discouraging days, and I don't know if I could have stuck it out this far without this Board.
I've been trying to focus on the big picture and the long term instead of just focusing on the scale number and the short-term ups and downs.......easier said than done....but ya can't help but whoop it up some when these milestones come around! hehehehehehe!!
