Hey Guys,
I started induction on April 19th and ended May 2nd. My TOM came in between and I only lost 10 pounds. I have been exercising, but I think I am eating "hidden" sugars. I order wings from this place, and they SAY there is no sugar in the seasoning, and I was eating Mickey D's sausage and eggs for breakfast every morning. I stopped with the cheese and the splenda, but I think I am going to have to go hardcore. I stopped with the Mickey D's, the hot wings and the half and half in my coffee. I am hoping to drop 15 pounds by month end....I am losing inches too, so I am ok with that. I will not give up though.

I guess I'm just comparing myself to Iyaisaf, but then again she is young enough to be my daughter (almost) so I know my metabolism is partly to blame. I am certainly not going to stop what I am doing. I have let go of the McD's at seems as if I am already releasing more weight. I just have to discipline myself to get to my kitchen 5 minutes earlier.
