Well, everyone:
I had an aha moment last night. I was watching Kent's videos last night and it dawned on me. ( I do have a thick head).
I haven't truly been doing Atkins. I think that I've just been "doing" low carb. I thought Induction was anything under 20gs, so, I have just been eating meats, salads, and drinking tons of diet cokes. I didn't strictly adhere to what Dr. A and the members of this board are talking about. I have been reading the 2002 dandr and reading the posts from the experienced people and boom, I know that I'm not really doing the program.
I'm post induction at about 25 days. I'm staying at 20-25 carbs daily. However, I'm overwhelmed with the OWL rung thing and scared that I won't maximize my weight loss by going off of induction. I know this must sound silly. I also know that if I keep this same mentality that I will not be able to sustain this woe for the long haul. I don't want this to be a crash diet.
I think I will focus on the next step in the book and watch a couple of videos pertaining to OWL and start moving toward the rungs.
