Well I decided today to input some stuff into fit day to see where I was calorie and Carb wise.. BOY are my calories low.. Under 1000... I didn't realize that.. My carbs are okay at 25....
I eat all day long.... And I am not starving..
But now I know why my weightloss is slow..
