Congratulations on your weightloss! I am bad I weigh daily and I keep telling myself I am not going to do it but once a week... Which would be better.. Some people only weigh once a month too.. NOw I would never be able to handle that.. I would have to go through a 12 step program..lol
I used to weigh once a week. Now I weigh every day. I know it's bad to do and I want to stop, but I can't. I'm addicted now. lol!
If I had to recommend how often to weigh, I'd say once a week at the most, once a month at the least. This is only to see if you're still on track or if you need to make changes somewhere.

I like to weigh daily as well. I know weight fluctuations are normal so I don't get down-trodden when I weigh in a little higher than the previous day, however do get a little bit of satisfaction from seeing the weight drop. Even if it's a fraction of a pound.
I usually weigh once a week but now that I'm going up in carbs every week, I am weighing on Wed and Sun, just to keep an eye on things. So far so good! I could not do daily though.....too upsetting if I'm retaining water or something.

You can weigh as much as you want so long as the psychological effects of seeing artificial highs don't cause you to get discouraged and fall off track. If you keep in mind that time of day/water retention/food intake etc.. can cause readings to be off and that doesn't bother you...weigh away!
However, if it does discourage you and make you want to quit, you're much better off weighing once a week or less. Always on the same day and time, wearing the same clothes each time. It's better to judge your success by how you feel and the inches you're losing that what a scale says.
Everyday, same time, also check for ketosis while I am trying to lose weight after that once a month usually.
I know the weight fluctuates, but then I can measure myself as it takes a while for my shape to catch up to the dropped weight.
It is part of my daily routine and helps me with self discipline and also I can see what takes me out of kitosis or lessens kitosis immediately.
Sometimes the scale shows I gained weight, but I know how many calories I have eaten, how much I have exercised and I know there is no way possible for my body not to have lost fat. The weight will have to leave soon enough.
I weigh once a week, on Friday mornings. Sometimes I will weigh out of curiousity after a tough workout or after strength training, just to see how much water I'm retaining. In the beginning, I would anticipate Friday's weigh-in with a mixture of excitement and dread. Nowadays I just think "Geez, it's Friday already?"
For me, the biggest changes I see are NOT on the scale, but with the tape measure. I am constantly gaining muscle as well as losing fat. So sometimes the numbers on the scale won't change, but the tape measure says I've lost inches. I'd rather have inches gone than pounds any day!
Congrats on ditching the 22 pounds in 3 weeks! Woot woot!
I'm a once a day weigh looker, but I only take the number on Saturday mornings. It's better that way for because I can look forward to just taking 1 number 1 time a week.
