    Cheese Strings/Dairylea Rippers.UK/Ireland

    Hi,
    Are these allowed?
I've reached my goal weight and had 2 of these today as a snack but I am feeling a bit guilty eating them. It says 0.2 g carb in each one.

    Thanks

The only reason I would stay away from them is because they are processed. Dont beat yourself up over them, but real cheese would always be so much better than the processed stuff.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
