      I feel pretty confident in the way I eat, knowing that I can carry this on for a lifetime. I don't ever feel like I'm on a "diet". I just feel like I eat very healthy foods, I enjoy exercise, and the weight loss is just a bonus!
      Best one yet! I LOVE HOW I EAT, I ENJOY EXERCISE AND I FEEL SO GOOD! Spent far too many years miserable and I will never go back. For me it is about the control. I cannot control anything or anybody in life except myself!!!

        Totally with you there Bren...I keep telling myself that...specially when the "just one bite won't kill you" brigade are around!
