I thought it would be fun to see what everyone's WORST trigger food is. In other words, the food that you used to eat constantly before going low carb, and couldn't control yourself around. Your addiction. Is it still that way? Can you be around that food?
For me, mine is chocolate chip cookies. Doesn't matter what kind, fresh or store bought, hard or soft - I LOVE them. I ate them every single day. At least 3, most of the time around 5 - large fresh baked. If I had store bought like Chips Ahoy, I'd eat more
I knew I could never have the dough or fresh baked in the house, but bought a pack of Chips Ahoy for the kids last week. OMG this past week was so hard on me resisting those suckers and they aren't even GOOD cookies
Thankfully I did it, they are now all gone (eaten by the dh and kids) and a chocolate chip cookie shall not cross the threshold again

He also has a major sweet tooth, so my pantry always has stashes of chocolate chip cookies, milk chocolate Milano cookies, vanilla wafers, and pound cake, among other things. That is what is in the pantry, right now, as we speak. He also asked me last night... "what else do we have that I can snack on, babe?" LOL... it's a good thing it hasn't bothered me to have that stuff around.
