How was everyones Mothers Day? Mine good, 13th day of induction but I made it with NO cheats, Hubby BBq me a steak. day 14 and 9 pounds down, was watching alot of your post, and alot of you lost tons in the induction phase, Hope I am doing it right, but I wont give up. How do I edit my Ticker to show the lost? Anyway just wanted to check in today.

9 pounds is a great amount to lose - how much are you hoping to lose in total?
It is suggested that an 'average' loss would be 5%-10% of the total amount needed, so 4.5-9 pounds would be 'normal' for someone wanting to lose 90 pounds in total!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
