    right now its drum sticks done buffalo chicken wing style - I like them cold the next day with lots of blue cheese!
    And I love Paul Newmans Caesar salad dressing - I eat it on my salad every day!

      The one that sticks out in my mind was the night I made a salmon steak grilled in a basil-butter sauce ontop of a bed of stir-fried onion, cabbage, bok choy, broccoli, red pepper and thai dragon peppers.

      Also had a slice of my crustless strawberry cream pie for dessert...

      now I'm all hungry lol

        I'm on Rung 4, and my favourite is Tacos, which can really be eaten anytime, even on induction.

        make taco shells by nuking shredded cheese and fill them with spicy seasoned mince beef, lettuce (or baby spinach), tomato, (avocado) grated cheese and top with a dollop of sour cream. Yum, it's just as good without the shells too.

          what do you use for your seasoning?

          I went out n bought a taco seasoning pack - i think it was Old El Paso or something like that, luckily i read it before i used it as it had 60g carbs really bad considering it was only a packet of seasoning!!

          i tried just adding random spices to my ground beef and it just wasnt quite right lol.

            mmmm...juicy angus burger 1/2 lb. thick, grilled to perfection topped with portabella mushrooms and sweet onions sauteed with butter and garlic....topped with thick moz. cheese and melted.....big spring salad on the side with HV ranch and cherry tomatoes, cheese, cucumbers, jicama grilled. Strawberries with HWC, Splenda.....mmmmm....
            LET'S EAT!!!

              oh yeah Emma, I looked at the Old El Paso seasoning here in the Taco Kits and it had something like nearly 20g carbs and the second ingredient was sugar! So I copied down the spices in it and just add them myself now to the mince.

              All of these spices are in the Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix, (except it also has maize flour and sugar) . . you could vary it to your own taste, and I don't add splenda, so my mix is:
              1/2 teaspoon Paprika, 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder, 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds, 1/4 teaspoon Chili Powder, 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1/4 teaspoon Ground Oregano and 1/4 teaspoon Salt

              In FitDay it equals 12 calories, 2 carbs, 1 fibre, 1 protein, 1 net carb

              yum! making me hungry lol
              I love to use that spicy mince for Nachos too, with the "cheese chips, avocado, melted cheese . . sour cream . . "
