      that is true! i went from a extra large to a size small in some shirts. i had to donate most of my clothing, even some that i bought 3 weeks ago!

          Must be nice to be in a size 8...it is hard to be short. I'm 5'3" and 138 lbs and only occasionally get into an 8...if they run nice and big.

          I hate to say this, and I know many will disagree, but I weigh myself every day. What can I say...lifelong habit. I know that mini-fluctuations are normal, so I don't let them freak me out, but if I carry a few extra pounds for more than a couple days, it's time to get serious.

              aaawwwwwww!!! you guys as always are the GREATEST! thanks for letting me have my little celebration! i am so sold on this WOE...hey, i'd even do a commercial if they'd ask me! i know i am trying not to get too excited about the 155. it will get here when it gets here but it is so good to be this much closer. i REALLY do appreciate all the info and support i get here...i KNOW it has made a huge difference...THANKS GANG!

                That is the secret, cubgirl - IF you can see those fluctuations and not freak out then there is no problem in weighing daily It is those people who ARE upset by seeing ups as well as downs who should not weigh each day, as those normal ups make them feel dispondent and want to give up!

                  Here comes the Bride ! I jump on the scales every morning ... it doesnt stress me if it fluctuates a bit but it does keep me on track and motivated.
