Hello everyone,
So for the backstory....Im 21 years old, and I lost 60 pounds on atkins back in 2004-2005. Then I went to college and gained 120 pounds in the span of two years. I am fed up, I have had enough. I tried to start back up a couple of times, but failed miserably. So, I really want to do this again and I figure I can start now and by the time I go back to school in August, I will have lost a substantial amount of weight so people can tell me that I have been losing weight (i think that is the best motivation). However, on Wednesday I am leaving to study abroad in Greece for six weeks. All of the hotels have pools and gyms, so I know I will workout (plus i have the willpower now too!) Do you guys know what I should eat, or if there is anything I should stay away from? Any tips? Any good greek or mediterranean food for atkins? Is there any tips for a second timer?
