I've been on Atkins for a month now. I did very well for the entire month and have been exercising 4-5 days a week. But this this week I cheated twice in a big way. Am I a gonner? Do I go back to induction? Is it possible to get my body back into fat burning phase again soon?

The reason for induction is to cleanse your body from addiction. Sugar addiction being the main one. Once you've acheived that ,the cravings start going away. I don't know about you, but sugar detox is the worse. I hate it. I hate it so much that it cured me from eating sugar ever again. When you cheat it takes you right out of ketosis and it takes four days to get back into it. So your actually taking four steps back. Your not a gonner! IF you knocked yourself out of ketosis then return to induction, until you are back in ketosis.
