I noticed that after a couple of weeks on Atkins, I was sleeping an hour less than I usually do.
I always used to get 7-7 1/2 hrs. before. Now it's 6- 6 1/2.
I am still well rested and not tired. In fact I think I am even BETTER rested than before.
Has anyone else seen less sleep than before Atkins?
