  • Good news and bad news...

    The good news is I measured myself....and I have lost a little over 10 inches since I started. Yay me!

    The bad news... I ate cookies last night. I was at work, I had a bad day, much stress, and my work partner and I thought it would be a great idea to eat a bunch of cookies.

    Well, I am back on track today, I am not going to let one little slip up knock me down.

      Well, today is another day. Drink bunches and bunches of water to flush that stuff out of your system, and get back on track. Try and keep some healthy/legal snacks without for when those urges hit you, it will help.

        Right - you are back on track today - well done!!
        But what are you going to do next time you have a bad day and much stress?? You need to work out a strategy for avoiding making the decision to eat cookies next time.
