I was wondering if anyone else has noticed how salty everything tastes... or is it just me...olives, lunch meat... even supposedly low salt, canned meats like tuna, salmon, or chicken and cheeses.... I have been using light salt for several years, didn't realize I'd gotten so sensitive. Is it something about atkins? also my feet really hurt in the morning and that is new... does it have to do with this sudden salt sensitivity? I am going to drink more water and see if that helps.
