    Re: Please Help

June I agree with throwing out the sweets. I have three kids so not having SOME sweets in the house is next to impossible so I keep only desserts in the house that DON'T tempt me. I have no desire for pudding, teddy grahams, or oatmeal cream pies. So those are the only desserts that come into this house. No more cookies made from cookie dough, no more brownies, no more oreos or chocolate candy.

Makes it easier because for me, if I'm gonna cheat, it better be something DARN GOOD and worth it - and I don't let myself get near that stuff. I haven't had real sugar in 7 full weeks now and I never thought I could make it this far. I'm actually a little afraid of it now LOL!

Well done to get back on track so soon
The toast this morning just reminds us how easy it is to eat off-plan if we dont plan ahead - good for you for not falling into the 'I have blown it so might as well restart tomorrow syndrome'

If you feel you need something toasty - make some revolution rolls today and have one or two split and toasted tomorrow instead!

A tip I read somewhere was to store them in a plastic bag with a few holes in them in the fridge overnight to make them more 'bready'
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
