Ok…I know this is probably not a good idea but I was thinking…always dangerous, I know.
Anyway I was wondering what you guys think of having an atkins shake for breakfast, another for lunch and then an atkins friendly dinner. And a couple of atkins snacks throughout the day. Just an idea…I am hardly ever hungry but I LOVE the shakes so this would be prefect for me. I figure it would cause stalls but you never know…It might just be the jump start I need to get outta my current stall.
