    I chewed them...like 5 of them.

    but I spit them out.

    I wanted them so bad.

Ok, why? Were you craving salt? Or something crunchy? Check out the recipe section, there are numerous things you might have eaten instead, pepperoni chips, or fake cheese-its, etc.

I agree with Jim. You need to sit down and figure out why you wanted those Doritos.

Secondly, while that chewing and spitting thing might seem harmless because you didn't swallow those Doritos, that behavior is bordering on bulemia. So don't encourage an eating disorder or get used to doing that.

Fake cheezits are the bomb. There are a few ways but I just drop slices of cheese into a non-stick fry pan, like a slice of cheddar off a block, or 1/4 slices of american. Brown on one side, flip and brown the other side. There is also a microwave way but I have never done that.

Parchement paper, american deli slice cheese. Put piece of cheese into four, place on paper and microwave on high for like 1 minute and ten seconds. Let cool, eat. LOVE THEM, almost taste just like real cheese its.

Every microwave is not the same, you may have to play with the time so you don't burn them.

              Thank you for responding...

Ok, so I figured out whats going on. I have been having HORRIBLE female problems, to the point that my dr. put me on the pill (I have my tubes tied) but instead of taking ONE a day, I am taking four a day. This is making me nauseous, and I am starving. Things have been SO stressful. I have had a successful day 12 you guys!! I am really excited. My husband is starting, baby steps. I dont know why I chewed them up...but can I just say they tasted so good when they hit my lips!?

(that was a play on the quote from Old School...*teehee*)

I also know that it is harder at home, than it is at work to do Atkins...

*need to go to the grocery store*

              goodnight fellow atkineers.
