dumb question: what is "WOE"

Hi, everyone keeps talking about being on this WOE ... and I think I'm on it too... so what does woe stand for... just trying to get my orientation.

It's NOT a dumb question. It means Way Of Eating, but how would you know unless you ask? I didn't know for a long time either.
