  • Kraft Foods

    I was just wondering if anyone has ever reieved the Kraft Foods recipe magazine. I get one every season and I use thier website a lot for ideas.

    Well... I go the summer one yesterday and there are SO MANY vegatable and meat recipes. There are a lot we can use and some of them can be changed to fit this WOE. I just thought I would throw that out there in case someone was needing some new ideas.

    I get this magazine delivered as well, it is wonderful! though alot of the recipes are high carb, many of them can be modified, and are great for starting ideas.

    I got the summer one too..havent' had time to read it yet but i will!

      I don't get the magazine, but I get other magazines that have PLENTY of naturally low carb recipes in them or recipes that can be easily modified. That's why I don't waste my time/money on specific low carb recipe books anymore because there are plenty of books/magazines with low carb recipes---you just have to be on the look out for them.

        This was taken October 2007, I weigh 375.

        I was on atkins last year in the early fall and lost about 30 pounds. I obviously gained it back...but I know this is the right diet for me as it works very good. So I am back!
