    Hi guys,

    some serious help needed here!

After nearly five weeks of perfect atkins, I ended have two pints of lager with a friend I've not seen for five years....

.....I know I wont go back into old habits, but what can I do to make up for my first slip up?

    thanks

Prepare yourself to combat any cravings you might get to eat off-plan and drink your water
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Well, ya cannot change the past! so, learn from it and move on!

And like Elizellen already told ya, up your water and prepare for cravings. They may not even come, but it is a good way to develop a plan for when and if they do!

Just get yourself right back on track and drink lots of water.. Don't let one slip up turn into days of slip ups..

          Re: atkins emergency

          Well, emergency over!

I just stayed on track with the eating and didn't have a single craving. What made it even better was meeting family for dinner who all noticed how well I looked and how much weight I'd lost.

I'm also wearing the jumper I've had since Xmas that I've never been able to wear as it's too tight.

Things are still on track....only 7Ib from my goal weight.

            Great news, Bill
I am so glad you didnt fall into the 'I have blown it so might as well indulge in all those highcarb foods I have given up and restart tomorrow' trap

Congratulations on being so close to goal too where on the OWL ladder are you now?
