I wouldn't do anything different, except be accepting that you won't loose as quickly as the person who started out at a higher weight.

Yes...Sandy's right. Make the move to OWL very soon after induction. You need the time to find if certain foods trigger cravings and to find your critical carb level for losing/maintenance.
        Before and after:

        PLEDGING FLIGHTS
Completed: 1st set of buildings and mountains (Everest,M.Blanc & Kilimanjaro, twice); Tower Masts & Chimneys; More virtual buildings; Challenger's Choice x 2 (volcanos and mountains on Mars). Currently climbing: Mount Snowdon again: 416/475

Start 10 Jan 2005. Maintenance since Aug. 2005.

I'm in that boat and its been slow going to be honest. I have lost more weight than when I was doing low cal/low fat but I got hung up after induction, found out there are several things that make me crave and ended up gaining a little back, then I lost it again. I haven't weighed myself in well over a week so my stats are not current but I have been stuck at 125 - 126 for a while now. I am plugging along, trying to be patient (its hard) but enjoying NOT being hungry and having more food to eat than I thought I would. Good luck to you!

I agree with moving on to OWL. I made the mistake of staying in extended induction and ended up in a several month stall, which broke when i moved to OWL.

And be patient, it took me 10 months to lose 25 lbs. the first 12 came off int he first month, the rest over 9. but it was worth the wait.

Me too- Rhonda. I'm 170 pounds and need to loose down to 150. But I'm also 5'11 in heels and I'm 50 years old. I'm just now trying Atkins- but I can tell you its really hard to get rid of 20 lbs. Actually, if I could go from a size 16 to a size 12- I'd be really really happy.
