Ok guys I need help, this is day 28 and my weigh day, I have not cheated at all, I dont drink any soda's or Caffeen, I am drinking lots of water but I have only lost 13 pounds but today Iam up a pound and 1/2 I dont know what I am doing wrong, I have messured and I am not seeing a big differnce so there has to be somthing I am not doing right, here is a sample of my daylarge glass of ice water
morning, 3 eggs with saugage/w/cheese
more water
usally a chicken salad with no dressing just mayo and viniger the salad has lettece, cabbage, bacon cheese and grilled chicken
water water water
Dinner a turkey patty with a small slice of cheese and green beans sauteed with mushrooms and garlic and butter
water water water.
if anyone could please give me some advice I need HELP!! I love this diet and dont want to quit but need some advice to helpme stay motivated. PS I dont have TOM anymore and I do exercise at least 4-5 times a week for 30 min. thanks









Thanks everyone so I wont give up just yet, I think I will try that fitday and see if I can figure that out, also I think maybe I might me having too much Cheese, I love the stuff and I think I treat it like a free food.
