I was thinking this weekend about how I want my body to be. I have lost weight before and been slimmer but never really slim. The smallest I’ve been is a UK 12 (I think that’s a US 10? Sorry not sure) But I really want to be slim slim, not slim with a bit of a belly or slim with a big bum, I want to be properly slim, like a size 8 maybe.
Is this a ridiculous goal to set myself? Is it possible to go from a 16 to an 8 or am I just kidding myself? I really don’t know how much is achievable.
