  • Stalled for 2 months!

    I was wondering if anyone could give me a new reason as to why I lost 25lbs and haven't lost any weight or inches in the last 2 months? It is getting really frustrating.... I have been on induction since the begining of February and I am going to reach my six month mark and have to go on to the next phase. I also have been blacking out a lot lately. Anyone with any clue.... it would be great! Thanx,

    April.. I am pretty sure everyone is going to tell you to move on to OWL... You most likely need to start adding more carbs into your day

      Post you menu, exercise, and water intake. Let us know what you've been up to and eating and hopefully we can help!

        Also how tall are you (so we can see where you are in what you have to lose), do you take supplements, do you drink enough water etc etc.
        The not losing weight or inches wouldn't worry me too much, what scares me is that you say you have black outs, that's not good at all.
        How often do you have those black outs ?

          A couple of things. If you aren't getting enough calories, your body may have gone into starvation mode. That would also might explain blacking out or getting dizzy. You may need to eat more, not less!

          Can you fill us in on a few things to see if we can pinpoint any potential problem.
          #1 How old are you?
          #2 How tall are you?
          #3 How often do you workout, what type of workout, and for how long?
          #4 Other than working out, how active are you?
          #5 How many calories are you currently eating per day?
          #6 Are you eating between 12-15 net carbs in vegetables each day?
          #7 Are you drinking a mimimum of 64 oz of water each day?
          #8 Are you keeping your net carb intake at 20 grams?
          #9 Are you taking vitamin supplements and if so which ones?
          #10 Are you taking any medications and if so what?
          #11 Can you post a typical days meals?
