I have a question
I make curry chicken salad a couple times a week. It's one of my fovorite things to eat...lol. I ust to by it from the Health food store, but it had rasins and things in it so I started making it on my own. I always liked the mayo they used so today I found out it was Safflower Mayonnaise. So I bought 2 jars
And of course made some as soon as I got home...Mmmm, so good
Anyways, I was putting it in my fitday, and was going through the ingredients (I have NO IDEA WHY I didn't look before I bought it), and I see one of the last ingredients is HONEY...Honey!!! It has zero carbs??? So I'm confused and now unsure if I should be eating it. I like it, but I like chocolate cake too *wink* Any advise would be helpful. Should I get rid of it??? Should I wait and see if it effects me, as in a stall or something???
