    Well the person who got me started on this diet originally told me that every once in a while she would "shock" her body. Meaning she would eat as normal as she did before this diet and the next day she would go straight back on the diet. This is if she was not in Ketosis and this was a last resort kind of thing. She said that she would start losing weight as soon as she got back to the diet. I have done this twice and it has not helped me at all. I didn't lose weight but I didn't gain weight either. You can try it if you want.... it didn't work for me but it worked for her... so I guess it depends on the person. Sorry I can't be more help.
