This is my second serious time doing Atkins. I started May 7th and lost 11 lbs on induction. When doing this before I've lost 15. I haven't really lost anymore after 2 weeks. The week following induction, I worked out 4 times that week - 30 mins on the elliptical. I then got sick the following week and didn't exercise much. I went back to the gym on Saturday and did elliptical 30 minutes - weight training and 10 mins walking uphill on treadmill. I cheated Sunday night because I figures...what's going on? Why can't I seem to loose. The only thing that I'm doing different this time is eating bacon. Do you think this has something to do with it. Can someone post a typical menu for me? I feel better so I don't want to stop but I'm very far from my total goal so I don't understand the stall.
